Key Advantages over Traditional Plywood

• Superior Reusability: While standard film-faced plywood may only last 8–15 uses, PP green film plywood is engineered to be reused 15 to 30 times (and sometimes up to 50+ times) with proper maintenance.

• Water and Chemical Resistance: The PP coating creates a non-porous, waterproof barrier that prevents the wood core from absorbing moisture, which stops warping, swelling, and delamination. It also resists corrosive chemicals found in concrete.

• Easy Demolding: The smooth plastic surface prevents concrete from adhering to the board. This eliminates the need for release agents and results in a "mirror-like" concrete finish that often doesn't require secondary plastering.

• Durability: The plastic face is highly resistant to scratches, wear, and impact, maintaining its integrity better than phenolic resins in high-stress applications.
